Great time here this afternoon. My 5 year old and 11 year old loved it and had loads to do for the whole 3 hours with the roller skates and big slides being a huge hit. From a parents point of view - its easy to book, loads of free parking and very clean inside with everything maintained really well. - 22/07/24

Having a great time with our Grandchildren, food is excellent value, we couldn’t eat it all, the boys are having the best time - we would thoroughly recommend this place. - 31/07/23

Came today without booking, was so easy to come in, no hassles, the place was busy but also felt like.you had your own space. Lots of staff around to help and the manager Claire was amazing as I didn't want my purse leaving in my bag so she put it in a safe place. Highly recommend this place. The kids said this is the best day ever......... So no more words needed. - 31/07/22

Same as what others have said, really good variety of areas and extra things to do here than the usual soft play. Entry price was very reasonable and the food inside isn’t extortionate which is very refreshing to see. My 3.5 year old had so much fun and was sad when the 3 hour session had ended, he could have stayed and played all day long! - 20/06/22

Great for all ages . I took my 14, 11 and 2 year old and they all loved it. Very very clean too. Couldn't fault this place and would definitely go back. - 24/02/22

3 of us went to day with our 4 children, place was absolutely spotless. Very well organised. Staff were constantly cleaning down equipment.
Lovely range of cakes/snacks in the cafe. - 03/06/21

A wonderful covid safe play environment. So fortunate to have this right on our door step. My daughter injured herself yesterday (her own fault) and the staff were absolutely incredible (knowledgeable and caring) Great value for money. And a blessing my 8 year old still loves it as she’s outgrown a lot of others. Thank you Kidzworld. - 24/12/20

We went during October half term and it was brilliant. The whole soft play was immaculately kept. Staff were friendly and working hard throughout. It was lovely to have so much choice and the 90 minute sessions were plenty enough to exhaust my 3 year old and 5 year old. Absolutely brilliant. - 31/10/20

Love taking my twins to Kidzworld, they always have a great time - 23/10/20

Went for the first time since it had reopened. Yes, not everything is open which is clearly stated on their website & it is for only 90 minutes a session. However my two thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were as lovely as always & it is very obvious that they are working hard to make it as safe an experience as possible. We will definitely be going back. - 13/09/20

We went to Kidzworld for their Toddler session today & just wanted to say what a fantastic job the team has done to make it safe & secure.Lovely welcome & new rules explained clearly with plenty of cleaning going on during our visit - couldn’t have asked for more & my LO really enjoyed her first soft play experience so thank you! We’ll be back the next time we visit Granny & Grandad! - 09/09/20

my daughter had her birthday party here and all the staff were amazing, really helpful. There was a mixture of ages at the party but plenty for everyone to do. highly recommend. - 09/03/20

All great although the roller skating area is not supervised and our daughter fell and hurt her knee but the first aid we was brilliant with her. - 16/02/20
Keith Blacker

a great place to bring the kids . Height restrictions on a lot of the things to do but there are things for the smaller kids to do - 30/12/19
Sonia Sturtridge

The lady on the desk very rude. Instead of arguing saying my son wasn’t 100cm come and look properly he was bang on 100cm. Then saying to us he can’t go on trampolines and skates because he was under when he was bang on. Won’t be coming back. - 07/12/19

Charging adults more than children is awful. Won't be coming back. The least they could do if charging that much is have the air conditioning working! - 24/08/19
